Here’s How It Works.

  • Orbit’s integration technology reaches out directly to your cart and collects order

  • Your eCommerce order are transmitted to our Warehouse Management System for processing

  • Once picked, packed, and shipped, tracking numbers are posted back to your eCommerce cart, notifying your customer’s that their order is on the way

Here are some common questions about the Shopify integration process.

  • How long do Shopify orders sit in the cart before Orbit Fulfillment’s integration collects orders?

The normal integration “cycle time” is 30 minutes. That means that every 30 minutes, our system sweeps your cart for new orders and those new orders are processed and ready to pick.

  • Does the Shopify integration also support inventory management?

Yes, our Shopify integration also supports inventory syncs between our Warehouse Management System and your cart, ensuring that you are always presenting the right inventory availability to your customers.

  • What level of access will Orbit Fulfillment need to the cart?

Orbit Fulfillment’s e-Commerce Technology Specialist will need administrator level credentials to your cart to complete and monitor the integration.

  • Can Orbit Fulfillment also integrate with our 3rd marketplaces like Chewy, Ebay, Amazon FBA and Amazon Seller Central?

Yes.  Many of our customers have multiple integrations for each of their sales channels (b2b, D2C , Amazon) , so there is no limit to the amount you can setup.
